+What does feel free CLASSIC taste like?
The feel free CLASSIC tonic formula is bold, earthy and aromatic. We’re not going to sugar coat it - our customers don’t love feel free CLASSIC because of the taste, they love it for the feels. If you find the taste to be hard to overcome, try chilling the bottle and/or mixing with coconut water or your favorite juice.

Our tonics and capsules are a great alternative to alcohol, energy drinks, and synthetic focus enhancers. Enjoy feel free when you want to feel more social, need a clean boost of energy, or need to lock in and focus.
+How should I drink feel free CLASSIC tonic?
Because we use whole plants in our formula, there may be sediment that settles in the bottom - make sure you shake well! There are two servings in each bottle, so make sure to only drink half the bottle at any given time. For newbies, start with a quarter of the bottle. If you find the taste to be hard to overcome, try chilling the bottle and/or mixing with coconut water or your favorite juice.

+How much is one serving of feel free CLASSIC?
Each 2oz bottle of feel free CLASSIC contains two 1oz servings. Only drink half of the bottle at a time, and do not exceed more than one tonic bottle per day. One serving of feel free CLASSIC capsules is 3 capsules. Do not consume more than 6 capsules per day. Do not consume feel free CLASSIC with excessive alcohol.
+Is it okay to drink more than one tonic bottle of feel free CLASSIC per day?
We do not recommend consuming more than one serving (1/2 bottle or 3 capsules) at any one time, or consuming more than one bottle of tonic or 6 capsules of feel free CLASSIC per day.

We provide free standard ground shipping for all US orders.
+When will my order arrive?
We will ship the products within 2-3 business days after you place the order. Delivery takes 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery address.
+Can I expedite shipping?
Yes. You can choose 2nd day air or next day air if the service is available in your area. All orders with expedited shipment placed before 3pm Central Time on a business day will be processed for shipment on the same day.

+Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.
+My order is damaged. What should I do?
Email us at hi@botanictonics.com with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a refund, or we will re-ship you the same ordered product free of charge.
+I received a notice that my package was delivered, but it’s not here. What should I do?
If possible, we recommend you check around the delivery location (think: porch, garage, side or back door) and inquire with neighbors. Sometimes a carrier marks a package as delivered in error. This is often resolved at the end of the day and almost always within 2 business days. If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of the carrier marking your order as delivered, please contact us for a solution. Please email us at hi@botanictonics.com.

You have two purchase options: one-time order or subscription. Select subscription and save 29% on all orders.
+Can I skip a shipment?
Yes! Simply log in to your account and click “upcoming orders” then select “skip” . If you didn’t set up a password at checkout, you can still access your account by using the second option on our subscription login page: Receive a secure login link via email in order to manage your subscriptions.

+Can I get my subscription sooner than planned?
Yep! Simply log in to your account and click “delivery schedule” then select “next order date” to edit the date. You can also click "order now" under the "subscription" tab in our subscription portal and move the order date immediately to have a new order created. Your next order will be moved to 30 days from the new order automatically by default but you can edit it to a different date at any time.

You can update your payment information by logging in to your account.
+How can I cancel my subscription?

+Where are the ingredients in feel free products sourced?
We source our ingredients from various regions of the world where our plant-based ingredients are indigenous (e.g. SouthEast Asia, Pacific Islands).
+Do you test your products for heavy metals and other contaminants?
All ingredients have been lab-tested. Each batch is tested multiple times to ensure the level of active ingredients is consistent. We also test for safety including but not limited to heavy metal and contaminants.
