How should I drink the tonic?

In that our tonics are strong we suggest that you consume them about one hour after you have had a meal. For first time users, we recommend drinking half a bottle only. 

Be sure to shake the bottle well before consuming in that there will be sediments that settle in the bottom. As the taste is strong, you should shoot the bottle (or 1/2 bottle) down like you would a shot of tequila. Its nice to chase it with one of your favorite beverages.

What does feel free stand for?

Elevated: Used for centuries in social settings and ceremonies the plants in our tonic help you feel elevated but in control.

Bliss: Boost your mood, ease your mind, lift your spirits. Feel Free is booze-less bliss.

Focus: Feeling alert and energetic without anxiety is focus. Focus and flow go hand in hand when engaged in active healthy lifestyles.

Flow: The combination of energy and focus creates flow where we feel at ease and in control whilst in the midst of action or under pressure.

Vitality: Our tonic contains natural stimulants that make you feel alert and energetic but without anxiety or jitters.

What does the tonic taste like?

The feel free formula is bold and aromatic. The blend pairs the earthy and spicy tones of the ancient tropical plants with refreshing pineapple juice, coconut and premium sweet stevia leaves.

How long does it take to start feeling the tonic and how long would it last?

You usually will start feeling it after about 15-20 minutes and the euphoric feeling lasts for 3-4 hours.

Is this beverage sweetened in any way?

Our drinks have no added sugar or artificial sweeteners – ever. The sweetness comes from stevia leaves.

How do I place an order?

Ordering Botanic Tonics Feel Free is simple. Click the 'order now' button in the top right corner of each product page & follow the instructions. Once you register your email and phone number for the first order and opt to save your payment method, you can easily login and re-order at your convenience next time.

Is my credit card information safe?

We suggest you save the payment information for future convenience – forget pulling out your credit card every time you order. Your information is encrypted and stored with our credit card processor— we do not have access to your credit card data. Your card will only be charged when you confirm your order with us.

How many can I order?

We allow you to order as few as 2 bottles to try it out. It's free shipping for all US continental orders. If you order by full 12-pack cases, it's free shipping for all US orders.  

You can also search for a store near you that carries our product to purchase single tonic shots!

Can I try your products first before I buy?

Do you sell your products in stores?

Selling direct-to-consumer allows us to provide the best possible experience to our customers. However, we understand the convenience of shopping at a store. You can find stores carrying Feel Free near you in the store locator page.

What are your bottles made of? Are they recyclable?

Our bottles are produced from 100% recyclable glass with aluminum caps, ensuring a minimal footprint on the planet.

How do I know my payment is secure?

When you first register your payment information at checkout, we use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL) to ensure the safe online transmission of your personal information. That information is encrypted & stored with our credit card processor. Botanic Tonics does not store individual credit card numbers. How do I update my payment information?

You can edit your payment details next time when you checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer different rates based on the shipping speed and weight of the product. You have options for discounted rates offered by UPS (for both domestic and international orders) and other carriers (for international orders). 

When will my order arrive?

We will ship the products within 2 business days after your place the order and the delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on the distance.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail and text. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at hi@botanictonics.com. We will get back to you within 1 business day.

My package never arrived

Thank you for ordering our products. Please email us at hi@botanictonics.com if you experience unusual delays or missing package. We will do our best to update you the status of your order.

My shipment was damaged

Sorry to hear that. E-mail us at hi@botanictonics.com with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a refund, or we will re-ship you the same ordered product free of charge.

Can I expedite shipping for my order?

All orders ship via express shipping to ensure you receive your product within 5 days. Orders placed Thursday-Saturday will ship the following Monday. If you need your order in a hurry we suggest placing it between Sunday-Wednesday to ensure express service.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship only to customers in the US. Order requests outside of US will be handled on a case by case basis – email us at hi@botanictonics.com for more information.

Is there an enrollment fee?

Nope. Think of it as joining our team, you don't need to pay. But there are some program governing terms in our Terms of Service which you should be familiar with, however.

Can anyone enroll as an Ambassador?

ou have to be 18+ and be in the USA.

How does the Ambassador Program work?

After enrollment, an Ambassador account will be created in the Botanic Tonics system. Each Ambassador receives a unique Customer Code to share. For every referred Customer order, the Ambassador receives 40% commissions. Ambassadors can also refer other Ambassadors.

Ambassadors earn 40% commissions on all referred Ambassador orders. Refer as many Customers and Ambassadors as you’d like. The more they purchase, the more you earn! 

What is my Customer Code all about?

Each Ambassador receives a unique Customer Code to share with friends, family members and followers. Ambassadors can find their Customer Code after logging into their Ambassador account on the website. The Customer Code can be used one time per Customer. The Customer will enter this code during the checkout process, where they will receive a 20% savings on their order. For the Ambassador sharing the code, the they'll earn 40% commissions on that order.

Is the 40% commission paid on the retail price or the net sales price?

Commissions are calculated on net sales. Meaning, retail price minus discounts, taxes and shipping.

When do I receive my commissions payment?

At the end of each calendar month, we’ll process commissions payment for the month before. This process and the delivery of the payments will take a few business days to arrive. $ Cha-Ching! $
