I drink my Feelfree about 15 minutes before I start my workout each day. I think it gives me focus and allows me to workout harder and longer.
I've you get past the taste, this stuff is great. I wish the price was a little cheaper though. I recommend to all my friends & family.
I have loved these little shots since trying them. Sometimes it’s all I need to relax me to get to sleep and helps me avoid alcohol. The taste is pretty bad but I always make sure I have a chaser with it. I have also turned some friends onto them. I am a fan!

Like many people, I used to end my day with my husband having a cocktail or a glass of wine...and then I would have a second. The liquid drink is magic. Sure, the taste could be better, but I mix mine with ginger ale. The pills don’t seem to work for me. Definitely not the same. And finally, whoever engineered the screw tops should be investigated!!! I literally use vice grips to get mine open.

It really works. Wow! Puts u in such a great mood and gives u some energy and focus. Two things I wish! I wish the effects lasted longer than an hour!
